These terms apply to digital products purchased directly from SEPIAJADE through sepiajade.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
What Your Purchase Includes
The Cities Below — Digital Edition + Bonus Vault includes:
- The illustrated digital edition of The Cities Below in PDF format
- The Cities Below Bonus Vault in PDF format
- Printable catalog-card files delivered as a ZIP archive
This is a digital-only product. No physical item will be shipped. The purchase price is $17.99 USD, plus any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no automatic renewals.
Delivery and Download Access
Your files become available after successful payment through the order-confirmation page and your customer account.
There is no planned expiration or renewal requirement for your download access. Please download the files promptly and keep a secure backup for your personal use.
If a download is interrupted, corrupted, or unavailable, contact info@sepiajade.com for assistance. We will provide reasonable help restoring access or replacing a faulty file.
Personal-Use License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included files.
You may:
- Download and store the files on your personal devices
- Read the digital book and Bonus Vault
- Print the catalog cards for your own personal use
You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, sublicense, reproduce for others, or use the files commercially. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with SEPIAJADE, the author, and the publisher.
Refunds and Download Problems
Because access to the digital files begins immediately after payment, purchases are generally final once access has been provided.
If you experience a technical or delivery problem, contact us at info@sepiajade.com before requesting a refund. We will first attempt to restore your access or provide a functioning replacement.
Refunds may be provided for duplicate charges, files that cannot be delivered or opened after reasonable troubleshooting, or when required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Immediate Digital Delivery
By selecting the required agreement at checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase may end once access or downloading begins.
Limited Availability
This edition may be withdrawn from new sale after a limited availability period. Withdrawal from sale will not cancel your personal-use license or create a renewal requirement. Please retain your downloaded copies.
